ELDC (ELITE LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT COURSE)

 The Elite Leadership Development Course (ELDC) is a leadership training course for Elite Professionals taught by Elite Warriors from the Special Operations community.  Having a strong set of core values as a leader helps build respect and trust among your team.  

 The Course teaches professionals how certain attributes, when mastered, play an important role in guiding how they make decisions and what actions to take on a daily basis.   

 These attributes also help the professionals to grow and develop both personally and professionally.
